Rockhampton North Early Learning is a warm, welcoming early-learning home in North Rockhampton. We employ local educators and management, so every child is known by name.
We see the environment as the third educator — an aesthetically pleasing, ordered and peaceful space designed to support children's play and stimulate dynamic teaching. There is plenty of room to run, jump and enjoy hands-on experiences, alongside quiet areas to unwind and rest.
High-quality care and strong relationships are our top priorities, as educators build engaging learning experiences around each child's current interests and the unique input every family brings.

"In North Rockhampton, a lot of our projects begin with the children's ideas and a pile of recycled cardboard. They have built their own zoo, working out where the animals would sleep and what they would eat, and turned leftover pom-poms and paper into hot air balloons. Those ideas get room here, and educators who take them seriously."
Global Sky Education has developed a holistic curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The play-based curriculum centres on engaging programs that help children take the first steps towards a lifetime of learning.
The Reggio Emilia Approach embeds the principles of respect, responsibility and community into programs that provide children with the chance to explore and discover. Educators provide a supportive, enriching environment where children learn by following their interests.
The curriculum brings together the interactions, experiences, activities, routines and events — planned or unplanned — that occur each day. Educators observe, compare, discuss and interpret together, and along with the children make choices about future activities for fun and learning.
The curriculum also celebrates diversity, with inclusive programs that aim to remove barriers and ensure every child feels welcome, accepted and part of the centre 'family'.
